报告摘要：We conducted a panel data analysis using data from four waves of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS).Two-part mixed-effect models were implemented to estimate the effect of self-medication on total outpatient and inpatient expenses and out-of-pocket costs. We found that self-medication behaviors were significantly associated with a higher probability of outpatient service utilization, but displayed no significant association with outpatient expenses. Respondents who had taken self-medicationwere less likely to use inpatient service, and their inpatient expenses were significantly reduced by 9.4%.
个人简介：
冯达，副教授、硕士生导师，华中科技大学药学院，中国卫生经济学会委员、湖北省药学会委员、湖北省药物经济学会委员、国家医保研究院华科基地研究员。主要研究药事管理、药物流行病学、药物经济学等领域的应用等，先后主持国家自然科学基金委青年基金项目、科技部国家重点研发项目子课题、湖北省卫健委青年人才项目等研究工作。在多重用药治理、临床决策模型、药品不良反应、医保政策研究等方面做出过一系列科研成果，研究成果发表在Frontiers in Pharmacology、Scientific Reports、International Journal of Environment Research and Public Health、Frontiers in Oncology、 BMC Public Health、 BMJ Open等SCI/SSCI期刊上。
